(3 to 5 years manufacturing quality experience)\nAdditional Details:\nThis role combines quality and manufacturing engineering skills. In addition to understanding welding fundamentals, the candidate will be responsible forPFMEA/Control Plan Guidance\nEstablishing weld monitoring processes, KPIs, and governance\nDocumentation and deployment of best practices and lessons learned\nData analytics and continuous improvement\n\nTravel requirements will be significant for the next 12-18 monthsDomestic travel (including Canada) will be higher through Q3; at times as high as 40%.\nInternational travel (Spain) will be required beginning in in Q3 and anticipated to be 25% through new plant start-up. \nTravel to decrease and stabilize in 12-18 months. \n\nWelding experience required. (Hands on Laser Welding experience preferred)\nPlease note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range.
