Serves as the technical authority responsible for defining scalable, secure, and compliant IAM solutions that integrate across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem ecosystems. Drives alignment between business needs, security strategy, and enterprise architecture standards while ensuring delivery of resilient, future-ready identity platforms.\nCore Responsibilities:\nArchitect modern IAM solutions that integrate with cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments while ensuring alignment with regulatory and business goals.\nDefine IAM architecture, reference patterns, develop documentation, including architectural diagrams and technical specifications\nEstablish policies for Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Access Management (AM).\nIntegrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and hybrid IT infrastructures\nCollaborate with stakeholders and business leaders to translate identity requirements into scalable, compliant solutions that are clearly understood\nOversee delivery assurance, quality, and architectural governance\nWork across functions to improve IAM solutions to enhance compliance requirements and best practices\nSupport ongoing systems operations, maintenance and specific problem resolution. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.\nExperience:\nSignificant experience in a relevant discipline area is required with a demonstrated track record of architecture and design for cloud-based platforms. Knowledge of the latest trends in emerging technologies is highly preferred and includes:\nAnalyzing complex business systems, industry requirements, and governance and creating solution designs from them \nProven Architecture and design experience for cloud-based platforms \nSignificant experiences in the following are preferred: Experience with architecting and integrating enterprise systems and data \nExperience in defining and weighing the trade-offs of different solution options \nExperience with IoT technology \nExperience in Agile software development and DevSecOps\n\n Training and experience\n10+ years of experience in IAM solution design and implementation\n7+ years of experience architecting enterprise IAM solutions\nExpertise with IAM technologies (SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Delinea, MS Entra/Okta/Ping etc.)\nHighly effective in developing and communicating audience appropriate information to technical, non-technical, management, and executive audiences\nPrior experience includes successful design, implementation and operation of enterprise IAM service capabilities and functions in large scale, technically complex organizations\nExperience with Linux and Windows Operating Systems\nSkilled in Active Directory concepts, including users, computers, groups, policies\nUnderstanding of database architecture and concepts\nKnowledge of agile processes and workflows\nExperience with Cloud technologies (Google Cloud Platform, Azure or AWS)\nProven ability to build and maintain strong enterprise relationships with internal and external teams/partners.\nMust have good communication skills\nSolid diagnostic, testing, and problem-solving skills\nGood organizational and time management skills\nMust be team-oriented and able to collaborate across many participating teams\nPreferred security certifications (CISSP, CIGE, CIAM, CIMP, CAMS,
