Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements. Stay abreast of advances in technology and develop computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery. Lead daily operations of the IT department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards, and setting deadlines. Coordinate operational activities with external stakeholders and analyze complex data to inform operations decisions and activities. Prepare operational progress and status reports and assist in the development of computer and information systems.\n Positions require a Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer, Software or Electronics Engineering, or related field and 3 years of experience as an IT Business, Applications or Technical Analyst, Technical Analyst Principal, SAP Developer or related position.
