and/or through the design and procurement of new machines/equipment to reduce overall risk to as low as reasonably practicable.\nMachine Programming - Creates factory floor machine programs by designing and implementing solutions to improve usage of machine and overall operation.\nMaterial Removal Tooling and Processes - Selects the tools needed to complete a material removal process that meets the product requirements at the lowest total costs to provide products that meet the customer needs.\nMeasurement Process Design - Applying knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing principles and knowledge of measurement technology (standards, techniques, equipment, etc) to design a measurement system that can consistently meet industry and customer requirements.\nEducation, Licenses, Certifications:\nCollege, university, or degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related field, or equivalent experience required.\nThis position may require licensing for delivery commitments.\nOptimize manpower, machine utilization, and capacity planning.\nQuality Excellence\nEnsure adherence to process controls, quality standards, and customer requirements.\nLead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.\nDrive improvements in First Pass Yield (FPY), PPM, and defect reduction.\nContinuous Improvement & Operational Excellence\nLead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, VSM, and productivity improvement initiatives.\nDrive OEE improvement, cycle time reduction, and waste elimination.\nStandardize best practices and sustain process discipline.\nEquipment Reliability\nPartner with maintenance teams to improve machine uptime and reliability.\nSupport TPM and Autonomous Maintenance implementation.\nEnsure preventive maintenance
