This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.\nExperience: Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.\n\n This role will support DBU Supply Chain sites in the West Region (Irvine, Denver, Edmonton).\nCore Responsibilities / Activities\nLead execution of manufacturing and capital projects from concept through implementation, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved.\nDevelop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, and production systems to improve operational performance and manufacturing readiness.\nServe as the technical lead for cross-functional project teams, driving risk mitigation, issue resolution, equipment commissioning, and successful project delivery.\nSkill, Education, or Experience Requirements\nBachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field, with 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.\nDemonstrated experience leading manufacturing, industrialization, or capital projects in a production environment.\nStrong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment installation and commissioning, process development, capacity analysis, and production readiness activities.\nExperience applying engineering problem-solving and risk management tools such as Root Cause Analysis, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.\nPreferred Skills, Education, or Experience\nExperience with automation, robotics, advanced manufacturing technologies. \nProject Management certification (PMP or equivalent) and experience managing project budgets, schedules, and cross-functional stakeholders.\nCompensation and Benefits\nPlease note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range.
