This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. \nSupervisory experience preferred.\nAdditional Details:\nWalks the floor throughout the day to support employees and monitor production. \nResponds to production issues, equipment problems, and employee concerns. \nInvestigates downtime events to understand what happened, identify root causes, and prevent repeat issues. \nEscalates major production, quality, safety, or equipment issues to the appropriate support teams and leaders. \nWorks with maintenance, engineering, quality, and materials teams to quickly resolve problems and restore production. \nEnsures parts, tools, and equipment are available when needed. \nVerifies products are built correctly and meet quality requirements. \nAdjusts staffing and priorities to keep production running efficiently. \nCoaches and develops employees while addressing performance and attendance concerns. \nTracks production results and acts when goals are at risk. \nLeads continuous improvement efforts to make work safer, easier, and more productive. \nCommunicates shift performance, issues, and action plans to the next shift and leadership team\nC shift Pattern Monday- Tuesday night 5pm-5am Friday and Saturday 5am-5pm \nCompensation\nPlease note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range.
