This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.\nExperience:\nSupervisory experience preferred.\nPrevious manufacturing leadership desirable.\nMust be a self starter and be able to work under limited guidance.\nMust be willing and able to lead by example.\n Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Key Competencies:\nPreferred experience leading production teams within a manufacturing environment while balancing safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.\nPreferred ability to build effective teams by developing talent, fostering engagement, and creating an inclusive, performance-focused culture.\nPreferred experience collaborating across operations, maintenance, quality, engineering, and other functional teams to achieve shared business goals.\nPreferred knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, waste reduction practices, and process optimization techniques.\nPreferred ability to conduct incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions.\nPreferred capability to communicate clearly with employees at all levels while providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback.\nPreferred track record of driving results in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high standards of workplace safety and operational excellence.\nPreferred ability to recognize diverse perspectives and leverage team strengths to improve problem-solving and business
