This will be following Onsite with flexibility work model. This role requires some travelling too.\nSupports marketing teams' on-going rhythm of business by planning, executing, supporting and improving selected activities under limited supervision.\nKey Responsibilities:\nIn this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:\nPlans and contributes to the execution of periodic marketing activities, including campaigns, events, product and pricing analyses, publications, newsletters, webinars, and customer communications. \nUpdates and manages reports, trackers, dashboards, and databases; identifies and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy. \nManages designated systems and databases, including user access, maintenance, troubleshooting, and governance activities. \nOwns resolution of routine operational inquiries from internal stakeholders, customers, channel partners, and vendors, coordinating responses across functions as required. \nGathers, analyzes, and summarizes data from research, customer feedback, Voice of Customer (VOC) programs, and market intelligence to support business decision-making. \nDevelops presentations, reports, and communications materials by compiling and coordinating content with cross-functional teams. \nSupports customer satisfaction and customer experience initiatives through survey coordination, feedback collection, analysis, and follow-up tracking. \nCoordinates dealer, channel partner, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) activities, including onboarding, communications, campaign execution, marketing collateral, and follow-up actions. \nSupports trade shows, customer events, regional marketing programs, and product launches, including logistics, communications, and post-event activities. \nProvides reporting and analysis on marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, campaign performance, and business trends using established tools and processes. \nLeads well-defined portions of projects and contributes to broader cross-functional initiatives as assigned. \nTrains new employees and serves as an informal resource for colleagues within areas of responsibility. \nActs as a key marketing operations resource for CGT, providing day-to-day support to commercial, channel, and functional teams. \nProvides support on other duties and special projects as assigned.\n To be successful in this role you will need the following:\nCollaborates -
