& Availability: Ensure the right materials are available at the right time by balancing supply with production and operational demand, minimizing shortages and disruptions.\nSupplier Schedule Management: Maintain accurate supplier schedules and proactively adjust orders to align with changing business requirements and inventory strategies.\n Supply Risk Mitigation: Identify potential supply constraints early, assess risks to production plans, and coordinate solutions to protect business continuity.\nSupplier Performance Excellence: Monitor supplier performance through scorecards, drive accountability, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability.\n Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with demand planning, supply planning, operations, and suppliers to respond effectively to changing volume and product mix requirements.\n Inventory Optimization: Support inventory positioning and replenishment strategies that balance material availability with inventory efficiency and cost objectives.\n Exception Management & Problem Solving: Analyze planning system exceptions, evaluate supplier capabilities, and implement adjustments that support both operational needs and supplier capacity.\n Data-Driven Decision Making: Interpret key performance indicators, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and provide insights that strengthen supply chain performance and planning accuracy.\n To be successful in this role you will need the following:\nStrong materials planning and inventory management expertise, with the ability to leverage MRP systems and planning tools to balance supply, demand, and inventory levels.\nAnalytical problem-solving skills to interpret KPIs, perform root cause analysis, and make data-driven decisions that improve supply chain performance.\nExperience managing engineering and part changes, including new part introductions, supersessions, and obsolescence activities while minimizing excess inventory.\nEffective collaboration and communication skills to build strong partnerships across suppliers, operations, planning, and other cross-functional teams.\nA results-driven mindset with a focus on accountability, continuous improvement, and process optimization to deliver operational excellence.\nEducation, Licenses, Certifications:\nCollege, university, or equivalent degree required.\nThis position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.\nExperience:\nMinimal to intermediate level of experience required.\n Ability to successfully manage responsibilities across multiple sites while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a solid understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP).\nKnowledge of Plan for Every Part (PFEP) methodologyto ensure the right part is delivered at the right time, in the right quantity, and to the right location.\nAbility to
