This is an Onsite role. Internship period will be 6 months or longer, depend on Singapore college/universities session.\nSupport the Operations Excellence team in updating and standardizing operational documentation during the Warehouse Management System (WMS) transition and implementation. While providing support and assistance in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, compliance, and operational effectiveness.\nIn this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:\nAdditional Key Responsibilities:\nProject Coordination\nTrack documentation and process improvement action items.\n\nPrepare meeting minutes, project updates, and progress trackers.\n\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, IT, Materials, and Training.\n\nWMS Documentation Support\nReview and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), process flows, and forms impacted by the WMS implementation.\n\nEnsure documentation is accurate, controlled, and aligned with the new system requirements.\n\nCoordinate with process owners to gather information and validate documentation updates.\n\nSupport document version control and central repository management.\n\nProcess Improvement\nAssist in mapping current and future-state warehouse processes.\n\nSupport the identification of process gaps, improvement opportunities, and standardization initiatives.\n\nParticipate in Kaizen, Lean, and continuous improvement projects.\n\nCollect and analyze operational data to support improvement recommendations.\n\nTo be successful in this role you will need the following:\nCommunication effectively - Developing and delivering clear communication that supports collaboration across different teams and stakeholders.\n\nEnsures accountability - Taking ownership of assigned tasks and meeting commitments effectively.\n\nPlans and aligns - Managing priorities and coordinating work aligned with organizational goals and operational requirements.\n\nProblem solving and analytical thinking - Identifying issues, analyzing data, and supporting process improvement initiatives.\n\nContinuous improvement mindset -
