This will be Onsite role.\nActs as a formal resource coordinating other. Coordinates operations through interaction with operations management. Coordinates activities for different areas like Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, etc. based on direction from Operations management.\nIn this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:\nHealth, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards. Lead\nHSE Training and actively engage workforce Quality Follows all applicable standard work, work instruction/process documentation and established quality procedures. \nRaises issues to minimize cost and quality exposures. \nPerforms quality checks for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices. Identifies and controls non-conforming material. Delivery Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space. \nOperates manual and automated equipment to pick, pack and ship product per the customer expectations. Demonstrates a high level of competency in core work skills. \nWorks at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard. \nTeamwork Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams. \nEnsures training completion in line with business requirements. \nSeeks ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development. \nEnsures clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and supports planned operator care and maintenance tasks. \nRemains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet business goals. \nWorks with peers, skilled trades and support staff to maintain and identify equipment in need of repair.\n To be successful in this role you will need the Manages physical inventory utilizing inventory control methodologies to maintain inventory and meet customer expectations.\n\nWarehouse Operations - Utilizes warehousing tools, systems, and methodologies to meet defined metrics for inbound and outbound operations of a warehouse.\n\nValues differences - Recognizing the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization.\n\n Preferred qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.\n\nRequires certification to operate powered industrial vehicles (reach trucks, order pickers, pallet rider, etc.) and/or other heavy machinery.\nThis position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.\n\nRequires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience in a related field such as logistics, warehousing and third party logistics provider management.\n\nKnowledgeable and experienced in Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to apply Lean tools and methodologies to identify root causes and drive sustainable improvements\n\nHighly dependable with a strong attendance record and commitment to meeting operational requirements.\n\nCapable of coaching and influencing team members, addressing performance concerns, and promoting a positive and productive work environment.\n\nPossession of a valid forklift license is preferred.\n\nNo cross-border relocation on this
