and/or review payroll simulations to ensure expected results for on cycle and off cycle payroll runs\nIdentifies opportunities to improve payroll processes and accuracy.\nPerform data entry for inputs that aren't received through time and HR system interfaces (garnishments, tax adjustments, special payments or deductions)\nPerform calculations to ensure accurate coordination of pay for leaves that have part of payment paid by external government or benefits programs\nPerform pre and post payroll validations to account for variances and quality of employee payments\nManage escalation of Answers queries and explain pay calculations, tax witholding and other adjustments that conclude in net pay\nDocument cases answered using comments that are clear and concise to provide\nTo be successful in this role, you will need the following:\nMinimum 3-5 years of progressive payroll experience for a US multi-state employer with at least 5,000 employees.\nMinimum 1 year experience using SAP Payroll system or ADP GlobalView (Processing Services model).\nAble to demonstrate knowledge of work rules and tax requirements across Federal, State and Local jurisdictions. \nExperience using Service Now or other case management system preferred.\nHighly organized, collaborative, and customer-focused in fast-paced environments.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables.\nAdvanced English Level\nPreferred:\nFrench Canadian language level a plus.\nExperience supporting Canadian payroll operations.\nCompetencies:\nBeing resilient \nCommunicate
