Operations atCummins Comercializadora inSan Luis Potosí, SLP, Mexico.\nWork Modality: Hybrid, 3 days on site, 2 days home office.\nEnsure federal, state, and local payroll taxes are accurately calculated, deposited, and filed on time for assigned jurisdiction.\nBalance and reconcile payroll tax data against general ledger accounts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.\nInvestigate and resolve agency notices, inquiries, and discrepancies in coordination with third-party administrators.\nAudit and maintain tax configurations within ADP GlobalView/SAP to ensure accurate jurisdiction setup.\nPerform annual W-2 processing, validation, and W-2c corrections in accordance with IRS regulations.\nAssist employees with complex payroll tax queries, retroactive calculations, and gross-to-net tax adjustments.\nMonitor changes in tax laws and document requirements for adjustments to the payroll processing system.\n To be successful in this role, you will need the following:\n3 to 5 years of dedicated US or CA payroll tax or full-cycle payroll experience.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables). \nStrong working knowledge of major HRIS/Payroll systems (e.g., SAP) and third-party tax applications (e.g., ADP SmartCompliance).\nDeep understanding of US/CA multi-state/province tax regulations, reciprocal agreements, and tax reciprocity rules.\nHigh degree of accuracy, strong organizational skills, excellent problem-solving, and the ability to maintain strict data confidentiality.\nAdvanced English Level\nPreferred:\nFrench Canadian language
