This is a critical role and requires a self-starter who takes ownership, delivers outcomes, has the credibility and experience to lead critical data activities and data quality across complex business and technical environments within a major S/4HANA transformation program.\nLocation - This role could be based in any major Australian city.\nTo be successful in this role you will need the following:\nAnalyze legacy data sources and SAP data structures.\nDefine and execute source-to-target mappings for master and transactional data.\nPerform detailed data profiling, quality assessments, and root cause analysis of data issues.\nDrive data cleansing, enrichment, standardization, and remediation activities across business functions.\nBuild, validate, and execute migration datasets for multiple migration cycles.\nSupport ETL development, data transformation, load execution, and reconciliation activities.\nPerform hands-on data validation and resolve migration defects through to closure.\nDevelop migration rules, automation framework, establish reusable components to support factory model, data quality controls, and governance standards.\nLead data readiness assessments and provide clear reporting on migration progress and risks.\nPartner with business stakeholders, SAP functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure successful migration outcomes.\nSupport mock conversions, dress rehearsals, cutover activities, and production deployment.\nTake ownership of data issues, driving resolution and ensuring delivery against program milestones.\n To be successful in this role you will need the following:\nProven experience delivering SAP data migration workstreams on large-scale transformation programs.\nStrong SAP S/4HANA knowledge with a solid understanding of key business processes and data models.\nExperience migrating both master and transactional data across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Service Management domains.\nBuild, validate, and execute migration datasets using SAP BODS, BDC, and other migration tools. \nStrong ETL, data quality, data governance, and data management expertise.\nHands-on experience with data extraction, transformation, cleansing, reconciliation, and migration execution.\nAbility to work independently, challenge stakeholders, and drive delivery in complex environments.\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA 2021 and higher implementations and upgrades is essential.\nExposure to SAP Business AI capabilities and SAP Joule within the S/4HANA ecosystem and leveraging AI-assisted tools for data analysis, data quality assessment, data mapping, and migration acceleration, is highly desirable and will be key differentiator for the candidate.\nAt Cummins, we are an equal opportunity employer dedicated to diversity in the workplace.
