and reliable test results that support product development and validation objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nTest Preparation & Execution\nPrepare test articles, fixtures, rigs, instrumentation, and associated equipment for testing activities.\nInstall instrumentation and measurement devices in accordance with engineering standards and test requirements.\nConduct and support product testing in accordance with approved test procedures, methodologies, and project plans.\nMonitor and document test execution to ensure accurate and reliable test results.\nSupport engine, subsystem, and component functional testing activities.\nEngine Test Cell Operations\nConduct and monitor engine tests based on approved test plans and engineering requirements.\nPerform installation, removal, assembly, and disassembly of engines and related systems within test cells.\nExecute necessary modifications to engines and test setups to support testing objectives.\nSupport continuous test cell operations, including shift-based and 24/7 testing activities when required.\nMaintain working knowledge of engine systems, test cell equipment, and laboratory operations.\nTroubleshooting & Maintenance\nPerform preliminary troubleshooting of engine, instrumentation, test stand, and test cell-related issues.\nSupport test stand setup, configuration, installation, and maintenance activities.\nMaintain laboratory equipment and ensure operational readiness.\nParticipate in preventive and predictive maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.\nIdentify and resolve technical issues impacting test execution and data quality.\nData Collection & Reporting\nVerify equipment calibration and instrumentation readiness before testing.\nCollect, validate, and document test data in accordance with established procedures.\nPrepare test reports, records, and documentation that clearly communicate testing methods, observations, and results.\nSupport engineers and project teams by providing accurate and reliable test information.\nEnsure data integrity and adherence to quality requirements throughout the testing process.\nSafety, Quality & Continuous Improvement\nFollow all Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), Quality Management System (QMS), and laboratory procedures.\nConduct risk assessments and comply with Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) and other operations, or related technical environments.\nStrong knowledge of engine systems, components, and test cell operations.\nExperience with test stand setup, instrumentation installation, and troubleshooting activities.\nFamiliarity with data acquisition systems, test equipment, and measurement techniques.\nKnowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and laboratory quality practices.\nUnderstanding of safety procedures, risk assessment processes, and LOTO requirements.\nExperience in preventive and predictive maintenance practices.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.\nFamiliarity with AVL PUMA test cell systems is considered an advantage.\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment and support continuous operations when required.\nExperience\nSome relevant work experience in testing, mechanical systems, laboratory operations, manufacturing, automotive, or product validation environments.\nExperience supporting engine testing, troubleshooting, instrumentation, and test cell operations preferred.\nDemonstrated ability to work safely, follow procedures,
