SAFe experience is strongly preferred.\n\nCollaborates with business to identify short and long-term business priorities. Owns backlog refinement, preparation for Program Increment planning, and participation in planning events.\n\nDefines and drives iteration goals and iteration content via prioritized stories; Builds, edits, and maintains the Team Backlog of user stories, defects, and enablers; Primarily responsibility for maintaining the flow of just-in-time story elaboration.\n\nPractices Lean/Agile leadership; contributes to vision and Program backlog; owns team backlog and implementation.\n\nAccepts user stories as done, including validating that the story meets acceptance criteria, has appropriate acceptance tests, and complies with the Definition of Done (DoD).\n\nUnderstands the scope of enabler work and collaborate with System and Solution Architect/Engineering to assist decisions and sequencing of technological infrastructures.\n\nUnderstands Feature planning and prioritization for capabilities; Primary source for story detail and priorities in Iteration Planning,\n\nReviews and accepts stories in the Team demo, participates in the Iteration Retrospective and the Inspect and Adapt workshop.\n\nApplies different approaches to convince others to change their opinion or plan, and wins support from others for ideas;
