(Model-in-the-Loop) environments.\nExecute and support closed-loop testing activities to validate product functionality and system performance.\nAnalyze test results, identify failures, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions.\nOwn resolution of moderately complex product, component, or system issues with guidance from senior engineers when required.\nEvaluate analytical, simulation, and physical test data to validate product capability against requirements.\nUtilize systems engineering principles to manage interfaces, requirements traceability, integration activities, and product risk.\nSupport product failure mode avoidance activities, including identification of potential failure modes and mitigation strategies.\nApply statistical methods and data-driven approaches to support engineering decisions and improve product quality.\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, test reports, issue logs, and validation records.\nSupport change request (CR) management and verification of engineering changes.\nUse engineering tools and processes including Engineering Standard Work (ESW), iDFMEA, DVP&R, Integrity, Power BI, and other validation systems.\nCreate and maintain test automation scripts using Python, CAPL, NI TestStand, ECU-Test, or similar tools.\nWork with communication protocols such as CAN, J1939, UDS, and related diagnostics systems.\nCoordinate testing activities with technicians, interns, or other supporting resources as needed.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives for test methodologies, tools, and validation processes.\nCollaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams to meet project timelines, quality targets, and business objectives.\n Qualifications\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related STEM discipline from an accredited university.\nStrong academic foundation in systems engineering, product validation, testing methodologies, or related engineering disciplines.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.\nInternship, co-op, project, research, Formula Student, Baja, or other relevant hands-on engineering experience.\nExposure to automotive, powertrain, controls, embedded systems, electronics, or product validation environments.\nISTQB Certification or equivalent
