Working alongside experienced professionals, you will gain hands-on exposure to production processes, supplier management, inventory coordination, and supply chain operations, contributing to the efficient running of our manufacturing facility and ensuring customer delivery commitments are met.\n In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:\nSupport the creation and management of production plans based on customer demand, material availability, and manufacturing capacity.\nAssist in monitoring and adjusting production schedules to respond to operational changes, material shortages, and unexpected constraints, ensuring production efficiency and customer delivery commitments.\nCollaborate with Production, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to coordinate daily activities and support the smooth execution of production plans.\nSupport material planning activities, including preparing supplier delivery schedules and monitoring the availability of components required for production.\nCommunicate with suppliers to follow up on deliveries, manage potential delays, and support the timely availability of materials.\nAnalyse production and supply chain data using Excel and internal planning systems to identify discrepancies and support operational decision-making.\nAssist with administrative activities related to material procurement, supplier deliveries, and production planning processes.\nGain practical experience with Oracle ERP and develop an understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain operations.\n To be successful in this role, you will need the following:\nStrong analytical and organisational skills, with an interest in production planning, manufacturing processes, and supply chain operations.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work with data and pivot tables.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with production operators, supervisors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.\nA proactive, flexible, and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.\nAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating attention to detail and a willingness to learn.\nExcellent Italian communication skills, both written and spoken, and a good working knowledge of English.\nEducation/Experience:\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\nAn interest in production planning, material management, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.\nPrevious internship or practical experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment would be an advantage but is not required.\nAvailability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, on-site at our Cameri facility for the entire 6-month internship.\nInternship Details:\nLocation: Cameri (Novara), Italy -
