Health and Safety and/or Environmental degree preferred.\nExperience:\nSignificant relevant HSE experience required. 5-7 years of experience. Previous experience working across various countries within the region preferred. Progress toward professional certification, preferred.\n\n Minimum of 5-7 years of Health, Safety, and Environmental experience.\nCertification or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from a recognized training institution.\nOnsite position reporting 3 days/week to the Mississauga branch.\nRegular travel 25% of the time to the 4 other branch locations in the Central Canada/Atlantic Area.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.\nMust be a self-starter and motivated to work independently to accomplish the deliverables.\nWill consider candidates who reside in Ottawa. Due to the customer-facing nature of this role and the requirements of the Ottawa market, candidates must be fluent in both English and French.\nCandidates who have a CRSP designation are preferred.\nBachelor's degree is preferred.\nOntario Pay Transparency\nThe annual salary for this position is $110,000- $158,000\n\nThis role includes benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, pension plan) starting on your first day.It does include variable compensation of 12%\n\nThis posting is for 1 vacancy\n\nCummins does not require Canadian experience, supporting equitable opportunities for all applicants, including newcomers.\n\nWe use artificial intelligence or automated systems in parts of our screening process, in accordance with Ontario regulations\n\nCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS\nBase salary rate commensurate with experience.
