Designs operator work stations that are safe, healthy, and ergonomic while accounting for cost, quality, and delivery to contribute to an efficient work environment.\nEducation, Licenses, Certifications:\nCollege, university, or degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related field, or equivalent experience required.\nThis position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.\nExperience:\nIntermediate level of relevant work experience required.\n The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will provide technical leadership for Bearing Housing, Compressor Cover, and Disassembly operations at the Charleston ReCon Plant. This position is responsible for developing technicians, leading capital projects, supporting daily production through root cause analysis and problem-solving, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
