Creates solution designs and patterns using the Cummins Technical Reference Model (CTRM), CLEAN standards, and existing reference patterns to maintain alignment to Cummins standards.\nProject Issue and Risk Management - Manages the process to identify, assess and prioritize issues and risks using recommended tools and disciplines. Drives actions to minimize, monitor and control risks and issues and to maximize the most positive outcomes possible.\nValues differences - Recognizing the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization.\nEducation, Licenses, Certifications:\nCollege, university, or equivalent degree in relevant technical discipline, or relevant equivalent experience required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.\nExperience:\nIntermediate experience (2-4 years) in a relevant discipline area is required with a demonstrated track record of architecture and design for cloud-based platforms. Knowledge of the latest trends in emerging technologies is highly preferred and includes:\n- Analyzing complex business systems, industry requirements, and governance and creating solution designs from them\n- Proven architecture and design experience for cloud-based platforms and enterprise applications\nIntermediate experiences in the following are preferred:\n- Experience with architecting and integrating enterprise systems and data\n- Familiar with IoT technology\n- Knowledge of Agile software development and DevSecOps\n 10+ years of total professional experience in software development, application engineering, or related technical roles.\n2-4+ years of experience in an Architect, Solution Design, or similar technical leadership role.\nPrior hands-on experience as a Software Developer and/or Technical Lead is required.\nComplex Application Solution Design utilizing technologies like Java/Angular/Kubernetes/.Net/PhP is needed\nArchitecture development framework and methodology to design systems landscape and interactions within enterprise, utilizing Mulesoft, Azure APIM, Azure Data Factory, etc.\nDeep knowledge in DevSecOps areas of GitHub Actions, Copado, SonarQube and Veracode to suggest development teams better their code
