improvement projects that reduce variation, improve process capability, and deliver measurable business results.\nInfluence quality-focused decisions across product development and supply chain activities to support long-term reliability and performance.\n To be successful in this role, you will need the following:\nProven ability to lead supplier quality initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive measurable improvements across complex manufacturing environments.\nStrong expertise in quality systems, manufacturing processes, and product validation methodologies, with a focus on defect prevention and process control.\nDemonstrated problem-solving capabilities using data-driven approaches to identify root causes, implement sustainable solutions, and improve performance.\nAbility to interpret technical requirements, engineering drawings, and GD&T standards while collaborating effectively across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions.\nExcellent communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills with a customer-focused mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.\nEducation, Licenses, Certifications:\nCollege, university, or equivalent degree in Engineering or a related technical or scientific subject required.\nThis position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.\n Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Key Competencies:\nApply Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, and Source Release methodologies to establish and maintain robust supplier quality systems.\nConduct supplier assessments and audits utilizing knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, and industry quality standards to mitigate risk and improve supplier capability.\nPartner closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and external suppliers to ensure manufacturability, reliability, and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.\nLeverage statistical analysis, quality data, and performance metrics to prioritize improvements, monitor supplier health, and support informed decision-making.\nSupport the development of measurement systems and manufacturing processes that consistently meet customer, engineering, and regulatory expectations.\nUtilize quality influence skills to align diverse stakeholder perspectives, navigate complex challenges, and drive balanced business decisions.\nDemonstrate a proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented approach while building strong relationships across internal teams and the external supply base.\nPreferred experience in automotive or similarly regulated manufacturing environments, with the ability to improve supplier reliability, product quality, and operational
