improve supply chain performance and business outcomes. \nDrive Operational Stability- Resolve supply chain issues quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to production, inventory flow, and customer delivery requirements. \nDevelop High-Performing Teams- Coach, mentor, and develop employees through goal setting, training, performance management, and career development to build a
