occasionally refers to adhoc tools such as Excel, Access, TOAD, OMS, etc. in performing problem solving, while leveraging the materials planning system as the primary tool in day-to-day operations.\nPart Change Control Management - Evaluates and implements engineering change request (obsolescence, supersessions, new part release, etc.) to meet customer delivery requirements while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.\nPlan for Every Part (PFEP) - Uses PFEP in planning, designing, and management of systems and processes within a facility to ensure delivery of right part at the right time in the right quantity to the right place, which in turn guarantees smooth operations; applies PFEP principles on the end to end supply chain with particular attention to the relationships between master data management, materials planning parameters, engineered material flows, transport management, and warehouse management.\nMaster Supply Scheduling - Establishes and maintains a valid Master Production Schedule for a family of products, which meets customer’s expectations and requirements while maximizing operational efficiency; validates procurement scheduling, production scheduling, and replenishment planning are aligned to manufacturing and assembly assets for conversion.\nMaterials KPI Management - Operates in relation to recent or historical outputs as compared to expectations of the organization to determine next steps to drive improvement; assesses gaps to the supply chain performance against the expectation of achieving target deliverables; interprets KPIs to understand end-customer impact; strategically balances trade-offs to influence one KPI while minimizing the impact to others.\nValues differences - Recognizing the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization.\nEducation, Licenses, Certifications:\nHigh school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.\nCollege, University or equivalent degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.\nThis position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.\nExperience:\nRequires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience in an equivalent field such as materials planning, production scheduling, manufacturing, or inventory control. \nDrive end-to-end supply chain performance by ensuring superior customer service, achieving Customer On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets, managing order fulfillment processes, optimizing trading supply chain operations, and implementing functional excellence through system-driven planning and continuous improvement initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Customer OTD & Customer Service\nEnsure achievement of Customer OTD targets for internal and external customers.\nMonitor customer demand, order fulfillment status, and service level performance.\nCoordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehousing, and Logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.\nAnalyze delivery performance and implement corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction.\nProactively manage supply risks to minimize customer service disruptions.\n2. Order Management\nManage the complete order-to-delivery process.\nReview customer orders, prioritize requirements, and ensure accurate order execution.\nMonitor backlog orders and expedite critical customer requirements.\nEnsure timely order confirmation, scheduling, invoicing, and dispatch coordination.\nResolve order-related issues through cross-functional collaboration.\n3. Trading Supply Chain Management\nPlan and manage trading product procurement and replenishment.\nCoordinate with suppliers and distribution teams to maintain optimum inventory levels.\nMonitor stock availability and prevent shortages or excess inventory.\nDrive supplier performance improvement initiatives to ensure uninterrupted supply.\nManage inventory health, working capital, and product availability.\n4. Functional Excellence\nLead continuous improvement initiatives across SCM processes.\nDevelop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).\nDrive Lean, process optimization, and cost reduction projects.\nMonitor key KPIs and implement actions for sustained performance improvement.\nSupport digital transformation and best-practice deployment across the organization.\n5.
