with export controls or sanctions regulations.\nExperience:\nRequires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience in a related field such as logistics, warehousing and third party logistics provider management. \nManage end-to-end 3PL warehouse operations including receiving, unloading, inspection, put-away, storage, picking, kitting, staging, and dispatch.\nLead and manage a large team of 3PL associates, operators, and shift in-charges across multiple shifts.\nPlan manpower deployment based on workload, production requirements, and daily priorities.\nMonitor 3PL partner performance against agreed SLA/KPIs.\nEnsure uninterrupted material supply to production and timely dispatch to customers.\nEnsure inventory accuracy, cycle counting, reconciliation, and timely closure of discrepancies.\nControl FIFO, bin discipline, material identification, traceability, Self life tracking and system transactions.\nMonitor warehouse capacity, space utilization, material stacking, and storage conditions.\nEnsure strict compliance with EHS, 5S, SOP, WI and statutory requirements.\nConduct regular 3PL performance reviews and drive corrective/preventive actions.\nMonitor productivity, overtime, absenteeism, manpower efficiency, and 3PL operating costs.\nIdentify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, automation, and productivity improvement.\nHandle escalation of operational issues and coordinate with PPC, Production, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance teams.\nDrive daily management systems such as shift meetings, KPI reviews, Gemba walks, and action tracking.\nDevelop team capability through training, skill matrices, and cross-training.\nLead preparation and readiness for IATF 16949, HSEMS, Safety, Environmental, Internal, Customer audits.\nEnsure business continuity through effective manpower and operational backup plans.\nLead process improvement and IT projects focused on improving operational efficiency, automation, cost reduction, traceability, and overall process performance.\nStrong communication and presentation skills, proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and analytical
