Ensure repairs, maintenance, and service activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards while delivering excellent customer outcomes and achieving operational targets.\nIn this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:\nLead and mentor technicians and apprentices to support skill development and performance. \nCoordinate workshop activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. \nReview repair plans, provide technical guidance, and support diagnostic and repair activities. \nLiaise with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery. \nMonitor team performance and support achievement of operational and service KPIs. \nPrepare quotations, source materials, and coordinate resources required for workshop operations. \nComplete work orders, timesheets, warranty claims, and quality documentation accurately. \n Maintain compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and legislation. \nReport safety incidents, hazards, and non-conformances to the Workshop Manager. \nAssist with hands-on repairs and support workshop activities as Automotive Mechanic Trade Qualification (Cert III preferred).\nVocational trade qualification from a relevant technical institution.\nLocally valid driver's licence preferred.\nThis position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.\nExperience:\nSignificant workshop and heavy diesel maintenance experience required.\nAdvanced knowledge of and/or experience with engine products.\nPrevious experience providing technical coaching and support to technicians preferred.\nSupervisory or leadership experience within a workshop or service environment preferred.\nExperience working in a customer-facing environment.\n Deliver a first-class service to our customers. \nResponsible for leading and mentoring a team of technicians and apprentices.\nEnsure your team achieves its KPI’s to deliver results.\nLiaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end.\nEnsure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues / incidents to the Workshop Manager\nComplete required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens\nBeing a hands-on tools Supervisor from time to time, with minor repairs\nStrong organization skills \nSelf motivated and willing to work independently.\n\nHas innovated mindset.\n\nStrong Safety focused and willing to drive HSE policies and procedures\n\nDrive team performance to meet service KPI's\n\nSelf motivated
