¿Qué te espera?

Desarrollo Full Stack: Apoyar en el desarrollo de funcionalidades tanto en Backend (APIs REST en Node/TypeScript o Python) como en Frontend (React + TypeScript).

Mantenimiento y Calidad de Código: Realizar la corrección de bugs, atender solicitudes de soporte técnico en herramientas internas de backoffice y aportar en la reducción de deuda técnica.

Mejoras Continuas: Implementar optimizaciones y mejoras pendientes en las plataformas y aplicaciones existentes de la compañía.

Trabajo en Equipo y Documentación: Participar activamente en code reviews, ceremonias ágiles del equipo (dailies, plannings) y elaborar documentación técnica de los desarrollos realizados.

Soporte Transversal: Absorber tareas operativas para liberar capacidad en proyectos estratégicos del roadmap de producto mientras adquieres experiencia práctica en una fintech líder de la región.
