Cundall have been working on various projects in Malaysia from our offices in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia so this is the natural progression for the business, building on long standing relationships and offering the same high standard of multidisciplinary design and consultancy services.\nOur Malaysia office will enhance our regional presence in Asia, taking on exciting projects locally while also collaborating closely with our regional offices to provide seamless support.\nThe Role\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and client focused Mechanical Engineering Technical expert to join our Pioneer team in Malaysia,to play a leading role in ensuring the successful delivery of innovative mechanical design solutions for some of the most exciting building projects locally and regionally.\nWorking across a variety of sectors such as Data Centres, Hotel and Hospitality, Commercial and Retail, you will work closely with colleagues of various disciplines to manage the delivery of technically-excellent, profitable projects. You will have the opportunity over time to assume greater levels of responsibility and autonomy as your professional skills develop.\nThe Skills\nEducated to degree level in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (MEng or BEng or equivalent) and having gained broad experience in a Mechanical Engineering role within a building services context (ventilation, cooling and air conditioning, heating systems etc), you have proven your technical expertise in relevant design software including Revit, IES, CYMAP and/or Hevacomp, and have a portfolio of experience demonstrating your quality and client focussed approach.
