Explore exciting career opportunities with us.\nThe Role\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and client focused Structural Engineer with 12 + years of experience based at our Bengaluru office, to play a leading role in the successful delivery of some of the most exciting and prestigious construction projects in the MENA (Middle East North Africa) region and internationally.\nYou will take a senior role within a team of expert engineers and technicians and work closely with colleagues of various disciplines to manage the delivery of technically excellent, profitable projects.\nYou will have the opportunity to nurture relationships with in the Cundall team and develop client relationships that maximise satisfaction and ensure repeat business and will use your wealth of expertise and determination to manage, motivate and develop less experienced engineers.\nThe Skills\nYou will ideally be Chartered preferably with IStructE and educated to degree level in Structural Engineering.\nYou will have gained significant practical experience of structural engineering within a consultancy environment, and an accomplished level of relevant IT skills in structural design software.\nIn your most recent position, you have consistently demonstrated your ability to manage multiple large-scale projects, lead engineering teams of less experienced engineers to deliver to and exceed client expectations.\nYou will be required to possess excellent and hands-on experience of analytical software such as ETABS, SAFE and Robot etc and you possess sound knowledge of managing teams delivering and coordinating documentation in the Revit/BIM 360 platform.\nYou have proven ability to produce creative design solutions in multiple materials including reinforced concrete and steel. Crucially, you will have a passion for creative, sustainable and intuitive design.
