Our global Building Services team are a source of world leading expertise - and offer a pro-active and collaborative approach to skill development, and professional excellence.\nThe Role\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled mechanicalBuilding Services Technician, proficient in Revit, to join our dynamic team in Manila. You will contribute to creating BIM models and CAD drawings across all design stages for some of the most innovative building projects in the region.\nAs a member of our expert team of engineers and CAD/Revit technicians, and in close collaboration with multidisciplinary colleagues, you will produce detailed 2D CAD general assemblies and develop design-coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit, adhering to our current design standards.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProduce and manage detailed BIM models and CAD drawings.\nCollaborate with multi-disciplinary team members, ensuring design optimisation and integration.\nUtilize Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Autodesk Forma to achieve project objectives.\nManage workflows in accordance with ISO19650 standards and adapt to Australian standards as necessary.\nThe Skills\nDegree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant with a focus on BIM modelling.\nProven experience at BIM level 2 and proficient use of Revit in building-related projects.\nStrong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.\nFamiliarity with design and develop electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting.\nExcellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with both engineering teams and AutoCAD specialists.\nA thorough understanding of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Forma.\nExperience with ISO19650 standards is highly desirable; familiarity with Australian standards is a plus\nJob Description\nYour career at Cundall\nWe know that to be the best at what we do we need a diverse workforce underpinned by an inclusive culture.
