Whether you're making deliveries or lending a hand back at the facility, you bring a team-first attitude and strong work ethic to everything you do.\nWhat You’ll Do: \nAs a Delivery Driver for Curaleaf, you’ll play an essential role in keeping our operations running seamlessly across the state. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our cannabis products are delivered safely, efficiently, and compliantly from our production facilities to Curaleaf dispensaries and wholesale partners throughout the area. \nIn this role, you will: \nSafely transport products to dispensaries and wholesale partners while following all company and state regulations \nExecute deliveries on time and communicate proactively with the logistics team and dispensaries regarding any delays \nFollow best practices for safety both on the road and during loading/unloading \nMaintain clean, well-kept vehicles and document all vehicle maintenance and issues \nComplete all required delivery paperwork, including checklists and rejection forms \nPartner closely with the inventory team to resolve product-related issues and ensure delivery accuracy \nCollaborate and communicate with dispensaries to coordinate delivery schedules and maintain strong relationships \nSupport other departments when routes are completed, including packaging, labeling, inventory, and general production needs \nMaintain accurate driver logs and uphold compliance with all company policies, procedures, and state and federal laws \nWork a flexible schedule that may include extended hours to meet operational needs \nWhat You’ll Bring: \nYou have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record and can pass a full background check \nYou’re dependable, organized, and committed to following assigned routes, schedules, and safety procedures \nYou understand and follow all state regulations governing cannabis delivery and compliance \nYou’re comfortable driving a Sprinter van or similarly sized vehicle \nYou have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent \nEven Better If: \nYou have previous experience in the cannabis industry or a similar regulated environment. \nYou’ve worked in customer service and know how to build positive relationships. \nYou’re familiar with inventory or logistics processes. \nYou take initiative and enjoy helping where needed across departments. \nPhysical Requirements \nWhile performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk or hear, use hands to finger or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb and balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and lift up to 25 pounds.
