In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining the equipment used to fill and package our finished cannabis products, including vaporizers, pre-rolls, and flower pre-packs. You understand how to keep production running smoothly, troubleshoot issues when they arise, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. \nYou communicate well, stay organized, and can work independently while knowing when to loop in your team. You take ownership of your work, support your teammates, and stay focused on production goals without cutting corners on quality or safety. \nWhat You’ll Do: \nAs a Machine Operator Technician at Curaleaf, you will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment to support the efficient, safe, and consistent filling and packaging of finished products. You’ll work hands-on to monitor performance, communicate equipment needs, and uphold production and safety standards.
