Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact us via . \nPrimary Responsibilities\nProvide Support to Clinical Management in Day-to-Day Operations of EAP Call Center including Queue Management, Productivity, Quality of Service Delivery, Documentation and Staff Scheduling\nProvide Guidance, Support, Consultation and Coaching to Care Advocates\nCollaborate with Clinical Management and Client Services Team in Responding to Complicated Service Inquiries\nAssist with Quality Assurance Including Call Monitoring, Documentation Review and Case Audits\nCommunicate with Plan Sponsors Regarding Delivery of EAP/MHSA Services\nAssist with Training and Development of New Care Advocates and Deliver Continuous Trainings on the Implementations of New Services, Products and Accounts\nProvide Support with Service Delivery Including Assessment, Consultation and Referral Services to Employees/Members of EAP/MHSA Clients through Telephone and Other Access Points\nPerform Timely Follow-up with Member/Plan Sponsors and Providers to Coordinate Resource Allocation and Determine the Impact of EAP Services\nMaintain Accurate and Complete Records in Compliance with HIPAA and Ethical Guidelines\nRequired/Minimum Qualifications\nMaster's or Doctorate Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (e.g. -
