You are comfortable designing for varied user groups and contexts, from store-floor activities to specialist expansion planning, and you can balance immediate MVP needs with a coherent long-term experience. \nPlease note that we will not consider applications without portfolios. Applications need to be in English.\n\nThe main tasks in the assignment are as below: \nAs our UX Designer, you'll lead the design of a simple, guided, scalable planning experience for both day-to-day operations and major commercial projects such as new stores, expansions, and rebuilds.\nDesign intuitive, scalable planning experiences: Understand the different user journeys and experiences within the tool.\nLead user-centred discovery and design: Plan and conduct research, map end-to-end journeys, identify pain points and translate insights into clear design priorities.\nPrototype, test and refine continuously: Create flows and prototypes, validate them with users in multiple markets, and use feedback and evidence to guide the development.\n Simplify complex planning workflows: Turn business rules, spatial constraints, product data, and 3D models into guided experiences that are easy to learn and efficient to use.\n Shape a connected, reusable design foundation: Collaborate with engineering and platform teams on integration with other commercial planning solutions, retail equipment and shared planning data, while using design systems and reusable patterns to support future scale.\nYou lean forward and embrace the possibilities of AI-assisted design and software development\n\nEssential Skills and Knowledge:\nCollect input about user needs, business needs, and tech capabilities from stakeholders.\nCollaborate with Developers, Product Leaders, and other UX professionals.\nDesign intuitive experiences for interactive products.\nImprove existing experiences or build new ones from scratch\nCreate flows, journeys, and interaction patterns for interactive products\nDesign prototypes of various fidelities for research, testing, communication, and cross-functional alignment.\nEnsure end-user experiences are world-class and deliver on user outcomes agreed with Business Leaders and Product Leaders.\n\nFollowing competences must be fulfilled: \nYou’re a UX Designer with at least 5 years of experience designing complex digital products, confident in your craft and eager to grow through collaboration and shared learning.\nYou’re skilled in wireframing, prototyping, information architecture and design systems, with proficiency in tools such as Figma, Framer and Miro; experience with data-rich, spatial or 3D-enabled workflows is an advantage.\nÖppen för alla\nVi fokuserar på din kompetens, inte dina övriga förutsättningar.
