You will be the central point of coordination for the entire recruiter team - managing scheduling, candidate coordination, assessments, and documentation - so every recruiter and every candidate moves through the hiring process without delays or dropped threads.\nJob Responsibilities:\nManage end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination for the entire TA team, working across multiple recruiters, hiring managers, and time zones to resolve conflicts proactively.\nAct as the central coordination point for all recruiters, calendars, and priorities aligned across the team.\nOwn candidate coordination throughout the hiring journey - communication, logistics, and follow-ups - ensuring a consistent and professional candidate experience.\nCoordinate the scheduling and administration of candidate assessments, tests, and evaluations, and ensure results are captured and shared with the relevant recruiter/hiring manager.\nCompile and organize candidate documentation (resumes, assessment results, interview feedback, offer-related paperwork) accurately and on time.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including status changes, interview notes, and feedback.\nServe as a point of escalation for scheduling or coordination issues across the team, troubleshooting and resolving conflicts quickly.\nIdentify process bottlenecks across the TA team's coordination workflow and recommend improvements for efficiency.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n0-1 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or a similar coordination-heavy role, ideally supporting a multi-recruiter team.\nShould have knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), scheduling tools, and assessment platforms.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple recruiters and hiring managers simultaneously.\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple interview pipelines, assessments, and documentation streams at once.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nAbility to work onsite for the shift timings 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.\nO/A Levels qualification preferred.\nCompensation & Benefits:\nFinancial:\nCompetitive salary and bi-annual bonus.\nFast track and uncapped career growth for high performers.\nCompany-sponsored vehicle financing (car and bike).\nInterest-free loans.\nProvident Fund: CureMD matches up to 8% of your base salary.\nHealth and Wellness:\nIn-house clinic with a team of certified male and female doctors with 24/7 telemedicine service.\nHospital treatment monitoring by company doctors.\nComprehensive health coverage for your immediate family (outpatient, inpatient, maternity and parents' inpatient).\nExclusive health benefits and discounts at top class clinics and labs.\nSupportive Workplace:\nPick-up and drop-off services for female employees.\nIn-house daycare facility.\nIn-house gym and recreational area to unwind.\nContinued Learning:\nCompany-sponsored trainings, workshops, development programs and retreats.\nPaid specialized trainings/certifications.\nThe Difference You’ll Make:\nAt CureMD, every role, whether senior or junior, plays a pivotal part in transforming healthcare.
