At Curia, we are on a mission to advance our customers’ therapies from curiosity to cure and ultimately to improve patients’ lives.\nWe proudly offer\nGenerous benefit options (eligible first day of employment)\nPaid training, vacation and holidays (vacation accrual begins on first day of employment)\nCareer advancement opportunities\nEducation reimbursement\n401K program with matching contributions\nLearning platform\nAnd more!\nResponsibilities\nSafely manufacture fine chemicals, intermediates and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) in accordance with approved procedures and production schedules.\nPerform chemical processing activities including reactions, filtration, distillation, drying, milling, material transfers, charging of raw materials, and related unit operations.\nSet up, operate, monitor, clean, inspect, and verify manufacturing equipment including reactors, vessels, tanks, centrifuges, dryers, and associated process systems.\nMonitor process conditions, record operational data, adjust operating parameters as required, and identify, troubleshoot, or escalate process and equipment issues to maintain safe and efficient operations.\nAccurately complete batch records, logbooks, and other documentation in accordance with ALCOA++ principles, Good Documentation Practices, cGMP requirements, and site procedures.\nFollow all safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements, including proper use of personal protective equipment, hazard identification, and timely escalation of concerns.\nCollaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other cross-functional teams to support batch execution, equipment readiness, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nMaintain required training qualifications and perform assigned responsibilities in compliance with applicable FDA regulations, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and site policies.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready work environment that supports safe and efficient manufacturing operations.\nContribute to a culture of safety, quality, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\nGood Manufacturing & Documentation Practices\nQuality is something we take pride in together. You’ll perform your work in alignment with cGMP requirements and Curia’s standards, which means:\nPerform all documentation in compliance with ALCOA++ principles and site SOPs.\nAdhere to applicable cGMP documents including SOPs, batch records, protocols, change controls, and controlled forms.\nKeep all required cGMP training current and escalate quality concerns along with proposed solutions to the Quality department.\nRequired\nA minimum of a high school diploma or GED\nMinimum one (1) year of manufacturing, production, chemical processing, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, industrial operations, or related industrial experience.\nStrong math, reading, comprehension, and communication skills.\nDemonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to learn manufacturing equipment and processes.\nAbility to accurately follow detailed written and verbal instructions.\nStrong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment.\nAbility to complete all assigned training within the specified timeframe\nAbility to operate basic hand tools.\nAbility to obtain and maintain forklift qualifications.\nAbility to maintain respiratory protection qualification and wear a respirator as required.\nDemonstrated reliability, punctuality, and commitment to maintaining a consistent work schedule.\nPhysical Requirements\nThe physical demands described below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.\nRegularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear.\nFrequently required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, and climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.\nMay occasionally lift and/or move up to 55 pounds.\nVisual requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.\nWork schedule is normally 12 hours covering either days or nights, weekends and holidays to support a 24/7 production operation.
