At Curia, we are on a mission to advance our customers’ therapies from curiosity to cure and ultimately to improve patients’ lives.\nWe proudly offer\nGenerous benefit options (eligible first day of employment) \nPaid training, vacation and holidays (vacation accrual begins on first day of employment)\nCareer advancement opportunities \nEducation reimbursement\n401K program with matching contributions\nLearning platform\nAnd more! \nResponsibilities\nManage all activities of Chemist Operators on their shift to manufacture API’s according to the issued batch records along with performing daily housekeeping actions as required.\nKeep the Production staff and managers informed of progress and activities.\nResponsible for preparation of pass-off sheets for shift change and communicating changes to procedures and pertinent information to next shift.\nResponsible to the Manager for a summary of daily activities and progress of shift\nResponsible for overseeing cleaning of production equipment and facility in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and cGMP guidelines.\nResponsible for enforcing all safety procedures and guidelines in accordance with company SOPs and OSHA standards.\nTrain and coach Chemist Operators in new procedures and policies\nAct as an extension of QA in auditing functions. This includes:Daily evaluation and audit of current batch records in progress for their shift and the previous shift.\n\nDaily walk thru audits of the facility to identify and correct errors, eliminate problems or bring them to the attention of upper management\nEnable and enact change to GMP problems they note in the facility\n(Clutter in the halls, inventory problems, etc.).\nShift Supervisors are responsible for follow-up and reply to all QA Internal Audits in the allowed time frame which includes corrective action taken where necessary. This includes:Assigning corrective actions to the appropriate people\n\nEnsuring the completion of correct actions and maintaining the standard.\nQualifications\n5-10 years Manufacturing experience required\nKnowledge of S.O.P.’s\nGood leadership and communication skills\nOther Qualifications\nMust pass a background check\nMust pass a drug screen\nMay be required to pass Occupational Health Screening\nPay Range: $73,000-$91,000/yr.\nEducation, experience, location and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.\nWe do not accept unsolicited assistance from any headhunters or recruitment firms for any of our job openings.
