Shift Training Specialist I Summary: Sterile University serves as Albuquerque Curia’s internal learning and development function, dedicated to training, equipping, and qualifying employees to successfully perform the essential duties of their roles. The Shift Training Specialist is an internal role responsible for ensuring production operators remain current and compliant with all required training. This position coordinates and facilitates on-the-floor technical skills training across specialty areas including, but not limited to, sanitization, aseptic gowning, fill and cap, glass, wash and prep, and compounding. In this role, the Shift Training Specialist partners closely with Path Guides to support new hire integration and ensure employees receive foundational technical training aligned with operational and compliance expectations. Serving as a key support resource to the Shift Supervisor, this position plays a critical role in driving shift-level training key performance indicators (KPIs) and fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
