technology decisions to business outcomes.\nYou will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping shape technology strategies, validate product assumptions, define priorities, and translate business needs into actionable development work.\nThe ideal candidate has strong account management skills, a solid understanding of software development, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with project execution.\nYou’ll work closely with developers and designers while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and taking ownership of overall project success.\nResponsibilities\nOwn client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the engagement.\n\nHelp clients shape product vision, validate assumptions, and align technology decisions with business goals.\n\nSupport project scoping and SOW development before engagements begin, then lead projects through delivery.\n\nDevelop project strategies, scopes, budgets, timelines, and delivery plans.\n\nBalance technical feasibility, business value, client priorities, and project constraints.\n\nIdentify risks and potential roadblocks early and develop mitigation plans.\n\nLead scope-change and change-order discussions with clients while protecting project timelines, budgets, and business objectives.\n\nTranslate business needs into clear project requirements, priorities, and actionable development work.\n\nFacilitate project meetings and ensure alignment across clients, developers, designers, and other stakeholders.\n\nTrack project financials, resource utilization, margin, and overall project health.\n\nExercise independent judgment in resolving project issues and escalate when appropriate.\n\nSupport business development efforts through project scoping, estimates, and proposals.\n\nBuild long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for continued engagement.\n\nRequirements\n6+ years of Project Management experience, ideally within a software agency or consulting environment.\n\nDemonstrated experience managing client relationships and complex software development projects.\n\nStrong understanding of software development processes and experience working closely with developers and designers.\n\nExperience participating in discussions around architecture trade-offs, scalability, technical feasibility, and risk.\n\nExperience helping scope projects and develop SOWs or similar project agreements.\n\nExperience managing scope changes and client expectations while protecting project timelines and budgets.\n\nIn-depth experience with a project management system is required, such as ClickUp (preferred) or Jira.\n\nApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.\n\nPersonal Competencies\nExceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.\n\nStrong client and account management capabilities.\n\nAbility to translate business goals into phased roadmaps and prioritize work based on value, effort, and risk.\n\nComfortable challenging assumptions and recommending alternative approaches when appropriate.\n\nStrong judgment and the ability to identify early signs of scope creep, misalignment, or delivery risk.\n\nStrong commercial awareness and an understanding of how project decisions affect budgets, resources, and profitability.\n\nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\n\nAbility to work independently while effectively leading cross-functional teams.\n\nCompensation &
