Accountant

Granite Peak Veterinary Advisors | Fully Remote | Full-Time

Looking for a remote accounting role where you can own your work and build real client relationships?

Granite Peak Veterinary Advisors is a fast-growing, nationally recognized accounting and advisory firm dedicated to serving veterinary hospitals across the U.S. With a fully remote team and hundreds of veterinary practice clients nationwide, Granite Peak offers a modern work environment built around trust, flexibility, collaboration, and meaningful client impact.

We’re looking for an Accountant to manage a portfolio of veterinary practice clients through bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, onboarding, and ongoing client communication.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a portfolio of 10+ full-service bookkeeping clients

• Perform QuickBooks Online bookkeeping and monthly reconciliations

• Prepare and finalize monthly financial reporting packages

• Support month-end close and resolve outstanding accounting items

• Assist with new client onboarding, QBO setup, and bookkeeping cleanup

• Serve as a responsive, trusted point of contact for clients

• Participate in quarterly client conversations

• Manage deadlines and deliverables through workflow systems

• Collaborate with leadership and team members to improve the client experience

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting support, or outsourced accounting experience

• Strong QuickBooks Online proficiency

• Experience with reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close

• Excellent organization and time-management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

• Strong attention to detail and a client-service mindset

• XCM or similar workflow experience is a plus

The total rewards package at Current includes base salary and benefits.
