This role serves as a key resource for employees and Human Capital partners, resolving benefits and leave issues, maintaining accurate enrollment and payroll records, coordinating with vendors, and supporting open enrollment and acquired-firm transitions. The Sr. Analyst, Benefits partners closely with Total Rewards, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, and external providers to deliver accurate, responsive, and consistent benefits administration.\nResponsibilities\nAdminister health and welfare benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, spending accounts, and retirement programs.\n\nResolve eligibility, enrollment, coverage, and payroll deduction issues in partnership with employees, vendors, Payroll, and HRIS.\n\nSupport annual open enrollment, including system testing, employee communications, data validation, and reconciliation of elections.\n\nAdminister employee leaves of absence, including eligibility review, documentation, deadline tracking, benefits continuation, and return-to-work coordination.\n\nReconcile carrier invoices, enrollment records, and payroll deductions; investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrections.\n\nMaintain accurate benefits data across HRIS, payroll, and vendor systems and support benefits-related system testing and implementations.\n\nPrepare benefits reporting, census data, cost analyses, and other information supporting renewals, budgeting, and plan administration.\n\nSupport benefits onboarding and transitions for acquired firms, including employee data collection, enrollment readiness, and documentation of firm-specific arrangements.\n\nCoordinate with carriers, brokers, administrators, and other vendors to resolve employee issues and support effective service delivery.\n\nMaintain benefits procedures, employee resources, and confidential records in accordance with applicable requirements.\n\nQualifications\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.\n\n3+ years of employee benefits experience, including benefits administration, open enrollment, and vendor coordination.\n\nExperience administering employee leaves of absence.\n\nWorking knowledge of health and welfare benefits and applicable requirements, including ERISA, COBRA, ACA, and FMLA.\n\nStrong Excel skills and experience working with HRIS or benefits administration systems.\n\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to independently investigate and resolve discrepancies.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting multiple business units, locations, or acquired organizations.\n\nExperience with UKG Pro, Rippling, or similar HRIS platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with carrier interfaces, eligibility testing, invoice reconciliation, and benefits system implementations.\n\nCEBS, CBP, or another relevant benefits certification.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nThe total rewards package at Current includes base salary and benefits.\nOur salary ranges are competitive within the accounting industry and are updated regularly using the most reliable compensation survey data for our industry.
