Whether you join Current, one of our partner firms, or our global team, you’ll be part of a community shaping the future of the profession.\nAbout the Role\nThe HRIS Analyst supports the administration, optimization, and ongoing operation of Current’s HR technology and people data ecosystem. Reporting to the Manager, HR Technology, this role will help maintain core HR systems, ensure data accuracy, support integrations and reporting, and improve processes across the employee lifecycle. The HRIS Analyst will work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders in a fast-growing, acquisition-driven environment.\nResponsibilities\nSupport administration, configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance of the HRIS and related HR technology platforms.\n\nMaintain accurate employee and organizational data, including regular audits, reconciliations, and data-quality reviews.\n\nSupport onboarding and migration of acquired firms into Current’s HR technology ecosystem.\n\nBuild and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, file feeds, and data extracts for HR, Finance, and business leaders.\n\nAssist with system integrations across HRIS, payroll, benefits, recruiting, identity management, finance, and business intelligence platforms.\n\nTroubleshoot system, data, and workflow issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and technology vendors.\n\nIdentify opportunities to automate and improve HR processes, workflows, and employee experiences.\n\nSupport system releases, enhancements, user acceptance testing, and change-management activities.\n\nMaintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, data definitions, and configuration records.\n\nProvide system support and training to HR team members and other end users.\n\nQualifications\nBasic Qualifications\n2-5 years of experience in HRIS, HR technology, HR operations, people analytics, or a related field.\n\nHands-on experience administering or supporting an HRIS or other enterprise HR technology platform.\n\nUnderstanding of employee, payroll, benefits, organizational, and time-related data and processes.\n\nStrong Excel and data-analysis skills, with experience creating reports and working with large datasets.\n\nStrong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to identify and resolve data-quality issues.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with HR, Finance, IT, and other cross-functional stakeholders.\n\nStrong written, verbal, and documentation skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Rippling, UKG, or a comparable HRIS platform.\n\nExperience supporting HRIS implementations, migrations, acquisitions, or multi-entity environments.\n\nFamiliarity with system integrations, APIs, file feeds, and HR data architecture.\n\nExperience with business intelligence or data visualization tools.\n\nExperience supporting HR technology in a high-growth or acquisition-driven organization.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nThe total rewards package at Current includes base salary and benefits.\nOur salary ranges are competitive within the accounting industry and are updated regularly using the most reliable compensation survey data for our industry.
