In this role, you’ll help deliver influencer campaigns across multiple platforms, working with talent of all sizes to increase brand awareness, drive traffic and contribute to sales growth.\nWorking closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager and wider team, you’ll support partnership strategies that blend creativity, data and strategic thinking, gaining hands on experience in a fast paced, performance driven beauty tech environment.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nManage the full influencer marketing lifecycle, from identifying and outreaching to influencers to briefing, approving content and evaluating campaign performance.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies and content creators, understanding their needs and business priorities.\nNegotiate commercial partnerships to ensure cost effective collaborations that drive revenue growth across social media platforms.\nCoordinate with internal teams to address influencer and affiliate needs promptly and effectively.\nLead influencer activity alongside campaigns, product launches, and celebrity collaborations to maximise brand exposure.\nMonitor and report on influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.\nContinuously seek out new opportunities with emerging and established influencers to expand reach and impact.\nTrack and optimise influencer performance against KPIs, including sign ups, traffic, engagement and sales.\nWork across multiple channels, including Instagram, Youtube and TikTok, ensuring campaigns are tailored for each platform.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline processes and improve campaign efficiency.\nSkills, knowledge & expertise:\nSolid understanding of the Japanese market and culture to drive relevant and effective campaigns\nExperience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related digital marketing role.\nStrong understanding of social media channels and how they integrate with affiliate and digital marketing strategies.\nCommercially minded, with experience reviewing proposals and negotiating to ensure cost effective partnerships.\nHighly organised, able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast paced environment.\nConfident in communicating with influencers, colleagues and senior stakeholders.\nCreative thinker with the ability to guide influencers to produce high performing content.\nComfortable using data and analytics to measure campaign success\nEnergetic, ambitious, and eager to learn and grow within a rapidly expanding business.\nWhy work at The Beauty Tech Group:\nAt The Beauty Tech Group, we’re redefining the future of beauty by bringing cutting edge technology into homes around the world.
