We're looking for an organised, proactive Junior Project Manager to help keep those launches on track - supporting timelines, coordinating with suppliers, and growing into greater ownership of the process as you go.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nSupport the tracking of new product timelines from concept to launch, helping map the critical path and keep schedules aligned to internal and external launch dates.\nPrepare weekly status updates for the wider team, flagging progress, risks and issues as products move through development.\nCoordinate supplier communication, including joining and helping run weekly calls, while liaising with cross-functional teams and internal specialists to keep milestones on track.\nLook for opportunities to streamline processes and support delivery efficiency, growing into greater ownership of the process over time.\nSkills, knowledge & expertise:\nSome experience in project coordination or project management, gained through an internship, placement or in a professional role.\nStrong communication skills, with confidence liaising with a range of stakeholders including suppliers and internal specialists.\nGood organisational and reporting skills, with strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple projects at once.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).\nA proactive, solutions-focused team player, comfortable asking questions in a fast-paced environment.\nNice to have\nExposure to NPD, FMCG, beauty or consumer goods.\nFamiliarity with project management tools.\nWhy work at The Beauty Tech Group:\nAt The Beauty Tech Group, we're redefining the future of beauty by bringing cutting edge technology into homes around the world.
