This is a hands on role with real responsibility, in a store that’s already proven its success.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nSupport the Store Manager with the day to day running of the pop up, including opening and closing the store\nDeliver a premium, consultative customer experience, demonstrating and educating customers on beauty tech products\nDrive sales and help the team hit daily and weekly targets\nStep in to lead the shop floor in the Store Manager’s absence, guiding and motivating the team\nBring the CurrentBody brand to life through storytelling, product demonstrations and in store activations\nManage stock, including deliveries, replenishment, stock counts and visual merchandising\nHandle cash, till and end of day procedures accurately, in line with security and compliance standards\nHelp onboard, coach and support new team members as the store grows\nSkills, knowledge & expertise\nPrevious retail experience, ideally in beauty, skincare or another premium environment\nExperience in a keyholder, supervisor or team leader role, or a strong appetite to step up into one\nA confident, consultative approach to selling, with a focus on education over hard sell\nExcellent communication skills and a warm, professional presence with customers and colleagues\nHighly organised and reliable, with strong attention to detail across stock, cash and store standards\nFlexibility to work weekends, bank holidays and peak trading periods\nPassion for beauty, skincare or beauty tech (nice to have, not essential)\nWhy work at The Beauty Tech Group\nAt The Beauty Tech Group, we’re redefining the future of beauty by bringing cutting edge technology into homes around the world.
