This role will partner with finance, accounting, and business leaders to analyze operating expenses, maintain key schedules, improve reporting, and provide insights that support cost management and organizational performance.\nThe ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and comfortable using financial systems and data analytics tools to translate information into clear, actionable recommendations.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across departments.\nPrepare monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and management presentations.\nAnalyze operating expenses, cost trends, and business drivers to identify risks and opportunities.\nMaintain prepaid expense schedules, allocation models, and related financial analyses.\nPartner with accounting during month-end close, reconciliations, and audit support as needed.\nDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using tools such as Excel, SAP, Power BI, and OneStream.\nImprove recurring reporting processes through automation, standardization, and process improvements.\nProvide ad hoc financial analysis and decision support to finance and business leadership.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.\n2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or a related finance role preferred.\nStrong Excel skills and experience working with financial systems, reporting tools, and large datasets.\nExperience with SAP, Power BI, and OneStream preferred.\nStrong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nCollaborative team player with the ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and support continuous improvement.\nCompensation\nThe position has a compensation package inclusive of base, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401k contribution, time off, recognition awards and more.
