This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR teams to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with recruiting processes. The Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for recruitment activities and plays a key role in supporting workforce growth and organizational success.\nEssential Responsibilities\nManage full-cycle recruitment activities for hourly, professional, and technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.\nPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.\nCreate and post job requisitions through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and external recruitment platforms.\nSource qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.\nConduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.\nCoordinate and facilitate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring teams.\nMaintain accurate candidate and requisition records within the ATS and HR systems.\nManage candidate communications throughout the recruiting lifecycle, ensuring a professional and positive experience.\nPrepare and coordinate employment offers, background checks, and pre-employment activities.\nSupport onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.\nParticipate in career fairs, campus recruiting initiatives, and community outreach events.\nMonitor recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on requisition status, candidate pipelines, and hiring trends.\nEnsure compliance with applicable employment laws, EEO requirements, and company recruiting policies.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n2-5 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related HR experience.\nExperience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously.\nStrong interviewing, relationship-building, and communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively with hiring managers and candidates at all organizational levels.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.\nPreferred\nExperience recruiting for manufacturing, operations, professional, or technical positions.\nExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.\nExperience using the ADP Workforce Now Recruiting module is highly desirable.\nExperience supporting recruiting metrics and workforce planning activities.\nProfessional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or Talent Acquisition certifications are a plus.\nKey Competencies\nTalent Sourcing and Recruitment\nCandidate Assessment and Interviewing\nRelationship Management\nCustomer Service Orientation\nOrganizational and Time Management Skills\nAttention to Detail\nCommunication and Influencing Skills\nProblem Solving and Decision Making\nConfidentiality and Professionalism\nContinuous Improvement Mindset\nCompensation\nThe position has a compensation package inclusive of base, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401k contribution, time off, recognition awards and more.
