We offer our people an opportunity to be part of building a new financial services platform for a borderless world, and to learn and progress in a friendly, dynamic and multi-cultural environment.\nJob Description\nMainly responsible for delivering Quality Assurance assessments and periodic checking on company web and mobile applications\nPlan, develop, implement and manage the QA tasks within software development cycle\nParticipate in requirements review and write test cases in detail\nReport defects/issues with detailed steps to reproduce\nSupport production issues to identify root causes\nQuick response to adhoc tasks assigned by Business\nPrepare regression reports with detailed findings / bug report and test reference\nProvide feedback and communicate with associates on improvement strategies and solutions\nWork closely with Quality Assurance lead to ensure the coverage of testing\nDesign, implement and execute automated tests for BE services, APIs, UIs, etc\nFamiliar with API testing (Postman etc.), with certain database testing capabilities (such as PostgreSQL etc.)\nExecute functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and user-acceptance testing across web, mobile (where applicable), and API layers, and confirm release readiness before each deployment\nRequirements\n3 to 5 years in relevant quality assurance experience\nExperience in automation (nice to have, but at least not afraid of coding)\nManual testing exposure for web & mobile applications\nGood understanding on software development cycle on both Mobile and Web\nGood understanding on agile methodologies and working experience in agile environment\nAbility to work autonomously with a high level of initiative, strong organisational skills and ability to perform multi-tasking\nExcellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills\nAble to work independently as well as in a team\nGood spoken and written English is a must; Chinese language proficiency is a nice-to-have\nData collected will be treated in strict confidence and used for recruitment purpose only.
