This role will be based in Sydney. As an AI Deployment Manager, you’ll drive adoption, deliver measurable business value, and help shape how AI transforms engineering teams. You’ll act as the connective tissue between customer stakeholders and our internal teams, influencing both the Grok roadmap and each customer’s implementation strategy.\nThis role is highly cross-functional and customer-facing. You understand software development workflows, care deeply about developer tools, and love helping engineering organizations succeed at scale.\nWhat you'll do\nBuild and grow deep relationships with engineering leaders and power users at key accounts\n\nPartner with Field Engineering and Sales to deliver a seamless post-sale experience\n\nDrive adoption of Grok by aligning usage with business objectives and engineering goals\n\nGuide customers on best practices for rollout, prompt strategy, context configuration, and internal enablement\n\nServe as the customer’s voice internally and influence roadmap priorities\n\nProvide strategic account planning and regular business reviews with VP- and CTO-level stakeholders\n\nMonitor account health, usage patterns, and product engagement to drive renewals and expansion\n\nYou may be a fit if\nYou have strong communication skills and executive presence, and are comfortable whiteboarding with developers and pivoting to value with a CTO\n\nYou have a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and engineering org structures\n\nYou are fluent in technical workflows, AI tooling, and developer productivity (even if you haven’t been a full-time engineer)\n\nYou are customer-obsessed with a knack for strategic thinking and problem-solving\n\nYou thrive in a startup environment: scrappy, proactive, and adaptable\n\nYou have experience in TAM, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, or Consulting for enterprise software\n\nAbout\nOur mission is to automate coding.
