We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code.\nAbout the role\nWe’re looking for a Creator Campaign Manager to join the SpaceXAI creator marketing team on-site in San Francisco. Our team leads creator and talent partnerships across the SpaceX product suite, running scaled programs across platforms, social channels, and content formats.\nThis role owns creator campaigns end to end, from strategy and sourcing through negotiation, briefing, execution, and payment.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage multiple creator campaigns simultaneously, keeping deliverables, budgets, and timelines on track.\n\nDevelop campaigns across platforms and content formats based on each product’s goals and audience.\n\nSource and evaluate creators based on audience, content quality, brand fit, and campaign objectives.\n\nLead negotiations on rates, deliverables, usage rights, and partnership terms.\n\nManage contracting, approvals, invoicing, and creator payouts in partnership with legal, procurement, and finance.\n\nTranslate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling creator briefs.\n\nReview content and provide actionable feedback that maintains a high creative bar.\n\nManage agency partners, holding them accountable for execution, quality, and results.\n\nBuild and maintain a high volume of direct creator relationships.\n\nTrack campaign performance and apply learnings to future partnerships.\n\nSupport creator events and activations as needed.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n3-5 years of influencer marketing experience at a brand-facing agency or in-house on a brand’s influencer marketing team.\n\nStrong command of the fundamentals: sourcing, negotiation, contracting, briefing, project management, and payments.\n\nExperience executing scaled programs with a high volume of concurrent partnerships.\n\nAt least two years managing external partners, either overseeing agencies in-house or managing multiple brand accounts at an agency.\n\nStrong negotiation skills and confidence navigating creator and talent relationships.\n\nExcellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.\n\nA high bar for creative taste and the ability to give clear, constructive feedback.\n\nExperience across multiple social platforms preferred, particularly Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.\n\nIdeally, experience working with tech brands and translating complex products into accessible creator content.\n\nSome experience supporting creator events or activations.\n\nBased in, or willing to relocate to, San Francisco;
